Kurzprofil

Professor Dr. Dirk Max Johns ist Studiengangsleiter des MSc Business Development, des MSc Innovation Management, Leiter der Maritime Business School, seit Juni 2024 Vizepr盲sident f眉r Lehre und Didaktik und war zwischen Juni 2021 und 2024 Vizepr盲sident f眉r Forschung und Internationales. 

Neben seiner aktuellen Lehr- und Forschungst盲tigkeit an der 亚洲天堂福利 war er bis 2019 Gesch盲ftsf眉hrer des VDR Verbands Deutscher Reeder. In dieser Position vertrat er die Interessen der deutschen Reeder in nationalen und internationalen Gremien. Nach dem Studium der Arch盲ologie, Kunstgeschichte und Betriebswirtschaft in Montpellier, Leuven, Harvard und T眉bingen lehrte Professor Johns an zahlreichen Universit盲ten und arbeitete von 1992 bis 2005 erfolgreich in der Medienbranche mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Neue Medien. 

Im Bereich Maritime Management fokussiert sich Professor Johns auf die 枚konomischen Implikationen von Schiffsfinanzierungen, Sozialfragen sowie auf den Einfluss der Finanzkrise auf die maritime Industrie.
