Short Profile

Henrik Meyer-Hoeven is a strategy consultant and academic with broad experience in the healthcare, recruiting / education and consulting industry.

He completed his studies in political and business economics in Hamburg, St. Gallen and Vienna.
He received his PhD in Management from the University of Vienna. Currently he is a Professor of Organization and Personnel at the Hamburg School of Business Administration and Managing Director of Pawlik Consultants GmbH in Hamburg and Amsterdam.

In his academic career, his primary focus lies on the economic implications of leadership in strategy and personnel concerning market performance and competitiveness.
