Neele Brauner

Short Profile

For her dissertation (supervised by Prof. Dr. Max Johns), Ms. Brauner conducts research on Life Cycle Assessment in the maritime industry. In particular, the drivers of emission reduction will be analysed and how the net-zero transition can be achieved based on the current situation. 

After completing her Bachelor's degree at the University of Applied Sciences Wedel, including an internship and Bachelor's thesis at Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH, Neele Brauner completed her Master's degree in International Logistics and Management at the HAW in Hamburg. During her Master's degree, Ms. Brauner started as a working student at Kühne+Nagel (AG & Co.) KG and rounded off her Master's degree with her thesis in the area of alternative fuels in collaboration with Kühne+Nagel (AG & Co.) KG. 

Ms. Brauner continues to work for Kuehne+Nagel in the sea freight management department with focus on the topics energy, emissions and indexation.
