Katja Starken has more than 15 years of experience as a managing consultant for global companies in the energy industry and is a lecturer for Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour and International Management.
Katja Starken becomes new Professor of International Management

Katja Starken has been working in knowledge transfer at universities for almost 20 years. She studied Business Administration, International Business Administration and European Business Management in D眉sseldorf, Hamburg and Newcastle upon Tyne (UK). Prof. Dr. Starken holds a PhD in Organization and Organisational Behaviour from the University of Northumbria and has worked as a Managing Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers and IBM for over 15 years, advising major international corporations and supporting global transformation projects as a change and project manager. Since 2020, she has been a Strategy Expert for the Executive MBA at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne.
